PERMA BLEND Blackish Brown is a cool, dark-brown permanent makeup pigment designed for bold, defined eyebrow work and for deepening lighter pigment mixtures. It is suited to brunette clients and Fitzpatrick skin tones 2–6. The shade can be customized with modifiers, and a few drops of Tina’s Golden Sunrise, Sunset or Orange Crush may be added when extra warmth is needed on cooler, translucent skin. The formula combines a high pigment load with high lightfastness and is described as providing 90%+ colour retention. It is vegan, cruelty-free, CTL certified, gamma-ray sterilized, made in the USA, and registered with CPNP and BVL.
