This fixing formula gently sets the hairs while nourishing and softening them, leaving brows healthy, smooth, and radiant. Suitable for use with both beginners and experienced professionals, it supports long-lasting results without compromising brow health.

Application Time:
Apply for half the time used for Step 1 plus 2 minutes.
(e.g., Step 1 = 10 minutes → Step 2 = 7 minutes)
