How to Use:

Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse to remove oils and impurities.
Shape the brows before applying tint.
Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
Apply the tint to the brows and let it develop for 5-15 minutes, depending on desired intensity.
Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.

Perform a patch test 48 hours before use.
Avoid contact with eyes. Not for eyelash tinting.
