How to Use:

Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse.

Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
Apply the tint evenly and leave on for 5-15 minutes based on the desired intensity.
Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
