Introducing the Noemi Hybrid Liquid Brow Gel Dye — the world’s first liquid hybrid dye powered by nutrient-rich ingredients. This advanced formula delivers intense, long-lasting colour while strengthening and conditioning brow hairs for fuller, healthier-looking results.

Suitable for both brows and lashes, the Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye features a pH of 9–10, allowing deep penetration into the hair. Enjoy up to 8 days of skin stain and 5–6 weeks of hair stain with bold, defined colour.

How to Use

1. Mix Your Colour: Cleanse the brow area, then mix your selected dye shade(s) with an equal amount of Noemi Cream or Gel Developer. (Example: Beige + Grey 70/30 with Gel Developer.)

2. Map the Brows: Shape and outline using Noemi Mapping Paste or Mapping String.

3. Apply the Dye: Begin with a thin layer to stain both the skin and brow hairs. Start at the tail for optimal definition.

4. Layer for Intensity: Add 2–3 additional layers for deeper colour payoff and more defined results.

Tip – Ombré Technique: For a soft, diffused front, begin removing the dye within 90 seconds. Remove small sections every 60–90 seconds. After lamination, keep processing shorter—apply dye after Step 2 of lamination.

5. Optional Waxing: Wax the brows while the dye processes if needed.

6. Processing Time: 5–15 minutes depending on desired intensity. 5–8 minutes = soft and natural Up to 15 minutes = bold, long-lasting stain

7. Remove: Use a damp cotton round to wipe away the dye once processed.

8. Finishing Touches: After waxing, apply Noemi Neutraliser to reduce redness. If no waxing, highlight with the Noemi Concealer Palette.

9. Aftercare: Clients should avoid water, skincare, and makeup on the area for 24 hours.
