ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint 2.0 in Icy Cold Brown is part of the Smart Brow Tinting System, offering intense, long-lasting tinting with nourishing ingredients to protect the brows. Its neutral pH formula ensures a gentle tinting process, preventing hair damage and dryness. Designed to be mixed exclusively with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, this tint creates deep, defined results and can be customized with ÉLAN Colour Boosters (Indigo or Orange) for personalized shades.

How to Use:

1. Prep brows with ÉLAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse.
2. Define shape with ÉLAN Powder Eyebrow Pencil.
3. Mix tint with Oxidizing Emulsion 2% (1:1 ratio).
4. For custom shades, add ÉLAN Colour Booster (2%).
5. Apply & develop for 5-10 minutes.
6. Remove tint with water or ÉLAN Skin Colour Remover.
7. Seal the color with ÉLAN Colour Fix.
