Introducing the Noemi Hybrid Liquid Brow Gel Dye — the world’s first liquid hybrid dye enriched with powerful nutrient-based ingredients. This advanced brow colour delivers intense, long-lasting definition while strengthening and conditioning the hair for fuller, healthier-looking brows.
The Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye can be used on both brows and lashes. With a pH level of 9–10, it penetrates deeply into the hair shaft, offering up to 8 days of skin stain and 5–6 weeks of hair stain for bold, rich colour.

How to Use
1. Mix Your Colour: Cleanse the brow area, then mix your desired Noemi dye shade(s) with an equal amount of Noemi Cream or Gel Developer. (Example: Beige + Grey 70/30.)
2. Map the Brows: Outline and shape using Noemi Mapping Paste or Mapping String.
3. Apply the Dye: Apply a thin, even layer to stain both the brow hairs and the skin. Begin at the tail for maximum precision.
4. Layer for Depth: Apply 2–3 additional layers for richer, deeper colour and enhanced stain retention.
Tip – Ombré Technique: To create a soft front fade, start removing the dye within 90 seconds of application. Remove small sections every 60–90 seconds. After lamination, processing time is faster — always apply Noemi Dye after Step 2 of lamination.
5. Optional Waxing: Wax the brows while the dye processes, if needed.
6. Processing Time: Leave on for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
5–8 minutes = soft, natural stain
Up to 15 minutes = bold, long-lasting colour
7. Remove: Wipe with a damp cotton round once processing is complete.
8. Finishing Touches: After waxing, apply Noemi Neutraliser to soothe redness. If no waxing, highlight using the Noemi Concealer Palette.
9. Aftercare: Clients should avoid moisture, makeup, and skincare on the brow area for 24 hours.
