Introducing the Noemi Hybrid Liquid Brow Gel Dye — the world’s first liquid hybrid dye enriched with nourishing, nutrient-packed ingredients. This innovative formula delivers intense, long-lasting colour while strengthening and conditioning the brows for fuller, healthier-looking results.
The Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye can be used on both brows and lashes. With a pH of 9–10, it penetrates deeply into the hair, offering a skin stain that lasts up to 8 days and a hair stain that lasts 5–6 weeks.

How to Use
1. Mix Your Colour: Cleanse the brow area, then mix your chosen dye shade(s) with an equal amount of Noemi Cream or Gel Developer. (Example: Beige + Grey 70/30 with Gel Developer.)
2. Map the Brows: Outline the shape using Noemi Mapping Paste or Mapping String.
3. Apply the Dye: Begin with a thin layer to evenly stain both the skin and brow hairs. Start from the tail for the most precision.
4. Build the Layers: Add 2–3 additional thin, even layers to achieve deeper colour and stronger stain.
Tip – Ombré Technique: For a soft front fade, begin removing the front section within 90 seconds. Remove small sections every 60–90 seconds. After lamination, the hair absorbs pigment faster — always apply the dye after Step 2 of lamination.
5. Optional Waxing: Wax the brow area while the dye develops, if needed.
6. Processing Time: Leave on for 5–15 minutes. 5–8 minutes = softer, natural stain Up to 15 minutes = bold, long-lasting stain
7. Remove: Wipe with a damp cotton round once desired intensity is achieved.
8. Finishing Touches: After waxing, apply Noemi Neutraliser to soothe redness. If no waxing, highlight with the Noemi Concealer Palette.
9. Aftercare: Advise clients to avoid water, makeup, and skincare on the brow area for 24 hours.
