Its neutral pH formula ensures a gentle tinting process, preventing hair damage and dryness. Designed to be mixed exclusively with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, this tint creates deep, defined results and can be customized with ÉLAN Colour Boosters (Indigo or Orange) for personalized shades.

How to Use:

Prep brows with ÉLAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse.

For custom shades, add ÉLAN Colour Booster (2%).
Apply & develop for 5-10 minutes.
Remove tint with water or ÉLAN Skin Colour Remover.
Seal the color with ÉLAN Colour Fix.
