How to Use:

1. Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse to remove oils and impurities.
2. Shape the brows before applying tint.
3. Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
4. Apply the tint to the brows and let it develop for 5-15 minutes, depending on desired intensity.
5. Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
