How to Use:

1. Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
2. Shape the brows before tint application.
3. Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
4. Apply the tint evenly and leave on for 5-15 minutes based on the desired intensity.
5. Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
