PERMA BLEND Darkest Brown is a cool, dark-value brown permanent makeup pigment with a red/auburn base. It is designed for clients who want strong depth and definition in eyebrow work and can also be used for eyeliner applications. The shade is suited to Fitzpatrick skin tones 3–6 and can be mixed into other pigments when a darker result is needed. Artists may customize the tone with modifiers or dilute with shading solution according to the desired technique. The pigment features a high pigment load, high lightfastness and 90%+ colour retention. It is vegan, cruelty-free, CTL certified, gamma-ray sterilized, made in the USA, and registered with CPNP and BVL.
