Noemi Hybrid Lash Dye – Deep Brown is a professional hybrid tint developed for colouring eyelashes. It also colours eyebrows and creates a stain on the skin. The formula contains Henna Extract, Olive Oil, Green Tea, and Aloe Vera to nourish, strengthen, and protect the hair while stimulating growth.

The formula produces pure colour without unwanted tones. Its pH is 9–10, helping the colour penetrate the hair and last for 5–6 weeks. The skin stain lasts up to 8 days. Henna Extract is not Henna Pigment and can be used with lash lift and brow lamination services.
