PERMA BLEND Tina’s Golden Sunrise is a yellow/orange-based permanent makeup pigment designed to add warmth or correct overly cool, ashy brow tones. It can be used on its own for neutralizing work or mixed with other PERMA BLEND colours to shift a formula warmer and create a more suitable custom tone. The shade is recommended for Fitzpatrick skin tones 1–4 and gives PMU professionals another option when a brow colour needs warmth rather than additional depth. The pigment features a high pigment load, high lightfastness and 90%+ colour retention. It is vegan, cruelty-free, CTL certified, gamma-ray sterilized, made in the USA, and registered with CPNP and BVL.
