Fixing & Conditioning Step for Brow & Lash Flexing

The ÉLAN Serum 2 is the second step in the SUPERSONIC 2.0 Flexing System, designed to stabilize and fix the new hair structure after using Serum 1. Enriched with argan oil, hydrolyzed collagen, and conditioning polymers, it restores disulfide bonds, enhances hair elasticity, and locks in the desired shape while neutralizing excess alkalizer.
